These children need to be able to learn in order to not hurt themselves or others. While many presume Half-bloods and Muggleborns are not important this is not true at all. Muggleborn children are first-generation purebloods, born from squibs or half-bloods from other lines. No one knows this yet.
There is a new dark lord/lady who has continued where Voldemort has left off, though this lord/lady is determined to not just assume anything based on blood status. On top of this threat, there is a new law passed by the ministry that condemns all pureblood with creature blood, considering them impure. Most who have had their inheritance are struggling to hide their true self, and on top of that, they must find their mates before anything else happens. There are four witches/wizards who have marks along their bodies and have come into four very unusual creature inheritances. One is believed extinct, the other endangered, and the last two are almost never heard of. Each one has a mate that is either grey or dark in nature. But these four will slowly see the truth behind the two factions. The question remains on if you join them, or fight against them even if they are your friend.
The PresentNowA new group of children have gotten their letter for hogwarts, while some of the older students have gotten their inheritances. As the new year begins, houses have begun to choose sides - siding with either faction while a select few remain neutral and want no part of the war happening.
Where will you stand? Are you a professor? A headmaster or deputy headmaster? The mediwitch? A student? Do you side with the dark faction, or the light? Are you a neutral grey party? Do you have an inheritance? Step through these doors into the world of magic and wonders - just be warned, once you choose your faction...there will be no going back. You choose.Race 1Witches, wizards, and inheritancesAny human that possesses magic is considered a witch or wizard. Within the magical community there are three blood statuses. Purebloods, oftentimes the most looked up to and revered (not always the case)and they happen to sometime possess creature inheritances. For instance, the family of Levarian have been known to have neko and/or kitsune blood running through their lineage. Most pureblood families are families with long ancestory. Do to the new ministry decision, anyone with creature blood is considered automatically dark and must be dealt with/sent to azkaban - this new law is what caused many students to wear glamours on their inheritances.
Half-bloods are extremely important as they allow new blood to be brought into lineages. Children are considered half-bloods if they have a pureblood parent and a muggle parent. Half-bloods don't ever have creature inheritances and are considered to be less important than the purebloods.
Muggleborn students are just as important as half-blood students. Muggleborn witcheswizards allow new blood to be brought into the lineages and oftentimes could even be considered a first-generation pureblood. Sometimes muggleborn witches/wizards are born from two squib parents or a squib and a half-blood too. The muggleborn students could carry a creature inheritance though it is extremely rare to do so.Race 2Muggles/No majsMuggles/no majs are considered huans with no access to magic at all. Most humans view magic as black arts. So they began to kill any witch/wizard they could find. This caused the magical community to hide themselves away. However, no all muggles view magic in a black or white lens. Some muggles actually fall in love with those who have magic and thus they have muggleborn children. Most humans however, do not like magic period.CreaturesCreatures of the Magical WorldNow, we have explored the humanoid beings of the world, let me introduce you to some of the more...inhuman inhabitants. In the forbidden forest you have Thestrals, Unicorns, Kitsunes, and many more creatures which are rarely spotted. You also have an Acromantula tribe which lives near the school. Acromantula are considered extremely dangerous and are also known as the most aggressive. You have a centaur tribe out there too. - ask if you have another idea, but these are the main familiars in Hogwarts
Creature Inheritances:
- Nekos ~ Rare, but not unheard of: Submissive and Dominant, traits include cat-like ears and tail, sharp fingernails, and slanted pupils like a cat, submissives are more feminine looking.
- Kitsune ~ Common: Submissive and Dominant, traits include fox ears and fangs, can also transform into a fox form, the number of tails indicates mate number and power levels. Can have an elemental affinity as well.
- Royal Elf ~ Endangered, not many left: King & Queen (queen can be female or male), traits include long hair, pointed ears, inhuman beauty, and elemental affinty, like most inheritances Queens are more feminine looking despite the gender.
- Veela/Dark Veela ~ Common, Submissive and Dominant, traits include an allure to attract a mate, feathery wings and a hawk-;ike face when annoyed, can also have an affintiy for fire element.
- Faerie ~ Uncommon/Rare, but not unheard of these days: Submissinve and Dominant, traits include butterfly wings (the more color the more royal you are), long hair, the ability to speak with animals, and beauty.
- Drakes ~ Common: Submissive and Dominants, traits include leathery wings and scales dusting the skin, Subs have a collar of scales around the throat and wrists, long nails and have venom. Dominants have scales covering their back, chest, and arms like arm guards, the dominants don't have venom and are incredible possessive of their mates. Drakes can speak parseltongue.
- Satori ~ Thought to be extinct, none known of: Submissive and Dominants, Satori traits are unique: they have pointed ears, cat-like eyes, long hair, feathery wings and can transform into a winged cat form and a winged unicorn form. Satori can understand and speak with animals. Submissives are way more feminine and have fangs, in the middle of their forehead is a star-like mark which is the color of their elemental affinity and mate mark. Dominants are said to be tall, have claws, fangs, and a fierce temper. Winged cat forms differ per Satori - it is said they take for of a wild cat with the same wings in their humanoid form. For the winged unicorn form, each Satori is silver in color with a horn that matches the mark in humanoid form. Only dominants have this second form.
- Nagas ~ Uncommon, Rare: King and Queen, traits include scales covering the neck, wrists, and ankles. Queens have venomous fangs and also have a half human, half snake form (dominants also have this form). Nagas are fiercely dependent on their mates and only mate for life.
