Oh, oh man.

The memories.

I used to have this uh… Edgy OC.

I still use him on my own works of art and on some scrap animations, but before he was… Ooooh no.

Before we start, let me give you a bit of info about this character of mine.

So, you know how in the Warrior’s Books ‘n everything (I haven’t read much of them, so excuse if anything that I’m saying is wrong.) there are surprisingly other animals that AREN’T cats? Big discovery, right? Well, little old me thought that it would be a very good idea to hop onto animal jam (DON’T STARE AT ME. IT WAS MY MAIN PLACE OF ROLEPLAY BACK THEN. SHUT UP.) And begin designing this (rather over complicated) character, who was, and I quote:

”Crookedstripe|Raised by badgers|Violent|Rogue|Eats kits(what??????)”

I swear to my soul.

One of my first Warriors OCs was this skinny bitch with no shoulders who by being raised by badgers, ate kits????? Look, I don’t know either, but I had a BLAST roleplaying him and having other players confused as to how he was raised by badgers, and me replying dumb stuff like “his backstory is long and dark and animal jam chat won’t let me put it.” I also remember me playing that shadow the hedgehog song at full volume while roleplaying with him.

I, of course, still use him to this day. Maybe not in RPs, but I still consider him one of my main OCs. His story is way less confusing and clear. I made other dark characters along the way.

One I remember the most vividly is (INSERT NAME HERE I FORGOT) who I actually quite like.

Their deal was that for an unspecified reason, they enjoyed hunting various animals (maybe cats sometimes) and fucken like

take off their skin and put it in theirs??? Yes, IN. NOT JUST FANCY ROBES TO SIGNAL THAT YOU KILL. MF CHANGEs SKINS.

I was mostly inspired by ‘Mirror Man’ from Jack Stauber, which signals that this OC is actually quite recent. I might draw them sometime later.

So, as you could tell, I mostly enjoy making dark characters and shit. What a surprise. Most of them were antagonists.

Buuuuuutt…. I also have this whole convoluted (brand new) plot I’m trying to make up about this very evil clan leader who had this truce with foxes and like took cats to the fox place to be eaten or something and a warrior found out and told all of the warrior friends (idfk how to describe this) and they decided to game end the evil leader but uh oh someone turned on them woopsies and this also deals with the dark forest or something like cat hell and the main good guy ends up there instead of cat heaven because backstory stuff and idk what else happens im still tryna figure that out.

I remember looking up those quizzes that were like: “What warriors clan are you part of?” that put like 25 different viruses on your computer when you completed it and whenever I didn’t get shadowclan I tried it again and again until I got it. If that didn’t work I looked up what answers to put to get shadowclan. Sheesh.
