Decided to make a villain who has no greater goals other than to cause as much destruction as he can. He lives for the fight is just mentally unstable due to how he got his abilities. The back story should be interesting to come up with.

So im gonna have it that my villain character is currently being held prisoner in an underground facility after going on an absolute rampage years ago. If anyone wants to discuss a team up my dms are open. My character could Basically act as a animal on a leash to whoever frees him Basically.

That works I just finished my veteran hero. He is the flash if flash was strong rather than fast. If your character happens to be a physical powerhouse perhaps he could’ve been one of My veterans old villains?

If not there is a strong possibility that Jeremy Could break your dude out of prison in an effort to create his planned disaster.

that could work cause scourge is essentially just a deranged animal when it comes down to it. he will push his limits until he achieves ultimate destruction or kills himself in the process. i was kind of thinking he went on a massive rampage and destroyed a ton of areas and killed a lot of people and was gathering enough energy around him to essentially wipe the earth out and it maybe took a bunch of hero's to put him down long enough to have him captured or something. idk if thats something that interests you like maybe one of your characters took part in the fight and was responsible for the final blow on my guy or something. i just envision him being chaos incarnate like once news of him breaking out gets around its like oh god no.

Yeah I could see him being akin to the hulk. Not quite a Thanos, Apocalypse, or Galactus, But nonetheless a serious threat that requires attention from the International teams.
