VolcanicAccelerator I positively adored your reaction to your opponent using steroids. Very true to your character. I should have an informative reply all around up this afternoon. I also couldn't help but note Bryson helping the security guard up after Piper tried to knock his teeth out. Very genuine, and in good contrast to what piper did. I was pleasantly surprised.

shadowstrikr25 Also saw your characterization too there big guy. Lovin it. Trying to make conversation, and Ace Cream stayed so perfectly in character there as well. And the criticizing of the badges! Perfection! Kenny DID come up with them himself!

Ace Cream that was, ah, the WORST undercover work I think I’ve ever seen lol, but it does fit with the fact that your character isn’t exactly a professional. I loved reading that and think it throws a good wrench in the gears, but you do know I already answered both those questions you just asked in the main briefing? The manager with the key card is the really tall guy lol, and the key card opens the maintenance hall. Unless you knew that, and it was a character choice to have mint forget and do all this. EITHER WAY, this is not me telling you to edit. We’ll move past it, but faunt is definitely about to scold you lol.

You’re.... totally completely right... I did say that, and forgot about it. Forgive me for this little break in continuity tis my fault you were confused. Let’s say, the maintenance door will lead you to a lower level close to where the weapons stash is, but the official secret door behind the security booth will lead you STRAIGHT to it. So it’s picking the short but hard route, or the long but easy. I’ll allude to that in character later, after our other two players catch up

Im back guys, anyone else hype to see what creatures our green/yellow ranger show up?

Tbh Im hoping for a sly, sneaky, venomous (Literally and figuratively) basalisk green ranger with noxious gas clouds or acidic bites

We already have our Leader (Jason) Lancer (Decker) Big Guy (Bryson), Smart Guy/Girl (Mint)


So all thats missing is the teams chick/mom which will be yellow and green who will fill a completely new spot

If your curious about the "Chick"
The "feminine", "spiritual", and "heart", aspect of the Five-Man Band... and generally the only woman.

It's the people she gathers and keeps at her side who'll do a lot of the heavy lifting. She'll encourage loyalty and teamwork, give them the courage or hope to unlock their true potential, be a Token Good Teammate that keeps her friends from Jumping Off the Slippery Slope. She's usually a Nice Girl, but her demeanor can go anywhere from shy and demure, to brave and adventurous. She is rarely The Heroine of a story.

Her functional role will often be The Heart, the social influence of the group. Sometimes this means she'll serve as the Team Mom, taking care of the smaller details, both within the group and in the world outside. She looks after innocents, delivers The Aesop, mediates the arguments, and slaps some sanity on The Lancer before he ends up getting too dark. It's not the coolest job in the world, but it's helpful.

VolcanicAccelerator i was pondering how we were going to fill out the team. I’ll likely be opening the interest check again for a yellow Ranger near the end of this mission. We’re about done with setup and ready to get into the actual crime-fighting portion since everyone is in their proper positions. The green ranger I’m going to hold off on, I have some special plans for that. You’re right, that archetype is up for grabs and Piper WOULD fit that role with how I’ve set her up, so that may happen if we don’t get any bites on the IC. Good suggestion, though I would like to point out I wont be requiring the yellow Ranger to be a girl if another player joins us.

People who like playing those roles (like you three wonderful players) would naturally gravitate towards the setting. I mean, their literal color coordination to their personalities was decided in season one of the show lol

Thats interesting, I was never a huge power rangers fan but I did quite like Dino Thunder, Jungle Cats (Or something similar) and Super Samuria one, If I remember correctly the roles were always kinda...shifty

I mean red was always the leader duh, blue though could end up being the lancer OR the chill comedic best friend, Yellow...gosh its hard to remember but I think Yellow gravitated to like the badass warrior woman role with Pink being the team heart/chick
I can't remember Green' usual role but I do strongly remember Black being hyper serious brooding loners typically-

Nah that’s pretty much all spot on lol. Especially jungle fury changed up the formula a lot. God I feel like such a DORK knowing exactly what you’re referring to but hey, I’m running a power rangers role play so I guess I’m in the right spot for it haha.
