Just a quick question regarding the dragon shifters. How did they turn into the form of being a dragon in a human body? It'll help me develop my character a little without breaking the rules set for the world.

It's more like they have complete human bodies, with small dragon-like features. Shifters can use elements like morphs and dragons, but they can't transform or anything have no dragon form in the first place.
