Dumb question, but how much does it aid recovery?
Don't know how comfortable I'd be wirh having a character with the same notoriety as All for One. Could you tone it down a bit?

It has? That's news to me, isn't Eri-or-what's-her-face's quirk more or less a healing one?
Is there are a way for targets to break free from being magnetized? Also, is there a limit to how many target your character can affect at a time?
Ok, I don't want to derail this thread into a discussion on hos Eri's quirk works. My point was more that it's capable of healing, hence it's possible for healing quirks to exist.

Heat and electricity is the best way to get demagnetized quickly, but aside from that, the effects of the quirk after being activated gradually disappear over time—I'd say about an hour naturally. He can tag around ten targets, more if he pushes it but that often results in the backlash mentioned above.

Personality: Saburo is generally rather cold, methodical, bitter, and curt, but not necessarily callous or cruel. Blunt to a fault, his cool attitude can be off-putting and sometimes interpreted as rude, such as telling people to “spare him the bullshit”. He can be demanding when he needs something, such as information and he uses profanity when agitated. He is overly sarcastic at times as well. He is also not afraid to examine corpses for clues, showing bravery and courage, and perhaps hinting he is desensitized and has seen some morbid things before. He is also impatient and does not like it when people are not careful. Saburo in general is very mysterious and he is very secretive about his past and rarely talks about it and only to those he trusts.

Abilities:
Enhanced Strength: Saburo is able to amplify the amount of force behind his attacks by charging them with quantum energy, as a single kick is able to launch most villains through several walls and his punches whilst wearing his suit have fractured concrete. He also seems to be able to run faster and react quicker than a normal human, his brain processes information very quickly due to his quantum mutation that he often has difficulty percieving a normal flow of time.
Intangibility: Saburo can phase through solid objects and living beings at will. The use of his powers is accompanied by flickering, prismatic afterimages of his body as he quantum shifts through spacetime. With the aid of his suit, he can choose whether to become solid or intangible, which allows him to quickly evade attacks and counterattack in tandem; for example, he became intangible to drop through a table while smashing Ignis (Fire-manipulating Villain) into it, vaulted through a truck and used the momentum to knock a guard off his motorcycle and phased into a bank being held hostage before solidifying to attack. Solidifying himself while phased through solid matter has explosively destructive effects on the original object, as he forced a villain to stand down by threatening to solidify his phased hand inside his neck. He was also able to phase his hand into his abusive father's chest and crush his heart.
Invisibility: Saburo is able to pass in and out of the visible spectrum. He uses this power to spy on people and villain groups to learn what they are going to do. In fights, a common tactic of his is to vanish, then reappear to launch a surprise attack.
Weakness:
Suit Reliance: If he isn't wearing his hero suit, Saburo often has difficulties in controlling when he shifts into the quantum realm, he often phases uncontrollably and sometimes turns himself or objects he's turning invisible, since it's a mutation he cannot help it as his molecular structure is in quantum disequilibrium, constantly shifting between this world and the quantum one.
Backstory: Born to a quantum physicist father and a florist mother, Saburo grew up in a small apartment in Sapporo, his parents were saving to move them somewhere bigger. At the age of 5, there was an accident in his father's laboratory and Saburo was present, an analysis engine overloaded and sent waves of energy from a quantum universe throughout the building. People were mainly unaffected, a few burns and cuts from exploding machinery. It was at that point, Saburo's Quirk was altered and manifested. His mother noticed when she tried to pick him up and her hands simply went through him as if he were a ghost. Growing up with difficulties at school since sitting down he would just phase through the chair or worse blow it up when he phased back into reality midway through a solid object, causing an explosion as the atoms making up Saburo forcibly displaced the ones creating whatever he was phasing through with violent results. He was homeschooled and his father invented a chamber for him to live in that emitted waves that stabilized his condition. This technology was eventually compressed into a suit and refined so Saburo could control his Quirk outside of the room. By that point, he was too old for the enterance exam and had grown to be too violent and angry a person, having to cope with over a decade of agony as his body was slowly disassembled and put back together again, cell by cell every day. He became a ruthless and cold vigilante, more interested in kicking the shit out of villains than saving civilians.
