They are a whole lot of bad news. They are a other dimensional threat that has been a scourge for centuries, wiping out any and all humanoid life that they encounter without any negotiation or quarter given. They have Motherships the size of planets with hundreds of trillions of different soldier types on board, and even the dreaded Splurgoth are afraid of them. If they ever come to this dimension in sufficient numbers, they will happily replicate and expand, taking their evil across this galaxy.

I'm about to have Brazamal pop back into the picture, and he'll want to talk with Gradicus. Play both characters for the moment, and once this scene is done, we'll be able to successfully retire Gradicus while he goes on a dragon hunt with Braz.

Sherwood , I'm assuming the rift Brazamal came out of was closed as well, correct? Otherwise, I'd assume the hubris of the young dragon would cause him to re-engage Granthar to finish that fight.

Unfortunately, the childish pettiness doesn't make much for a team player right now at such an incredibly young age. At least he can take a few hits and dish out some serious pain.

No worries Dann. I'm not giving up. It's just a hurdle, not a deal breaker.

I can remedy it once I do something with her and get into her mindset again.

Think of it like a car that got flooded and a half dead battery. It still works, but I got to spray some combustion juice into the engine. And get the engine warmed back up again. Once i get the starter to turn over i can get it moving along more smoothly and have it charged as i go.


Lol i got her some goals. She wants to make money, where she can buy a nice peaceful home, marry a nice handsome fellow. And start a family.

I'll be having her return 19 mil for the screwup. And give her some reason to earn some more, rather than go home and retire because she sucked.

Concerning Snowfall and Daisy, I think it's a good idea that I let a little cat out of the bag here if you will. In Mystic China, it is explained that fox spirits and wolf spirits are natural enemies; the latter often try to kill the former.

When I was rolling Snowfall, it dawned on me that Daisy might very well appear as a wolf spirit to him. This would frighten little Snowfall accordingly as he attempts to figure out exactly what Daisy is ("friend or foe?" like his haiku for her).

So, if you don't mind, I would like to role-play this out. But, I don't want you thinking that I'm trying to add a goal or something to your character because of the timing of this conversation.

Anyway I'm always up for any dynamic between characters. I never consider such suggestions as being pushed upon me. As you know! I am always open minded to suggestions and ideas. I love and encourage hearing about them.

Lol Daisy might be actually be flattered to be considered a wolf spirit. Definitely sounds much better to her than a Mutant genetic creation of mecha nazis.

Oh I know, but there's nothin to get the blood flowin like stickin it to the big bad in a series of fiery explosions.

I have every confidence that you'll pick your place back up with her soon enough. I've had more than a few times where I lost my understanding or interest with certain characters though. So I understand the struggle. Just let us know how we can help.

Now that I can post things again, it should be much easier. From my experience, most issues like this can be remedied by taking the initiative and getting your foot back in the door. Even a subpar post or two can still be the first steps in getting back on track.

A good habit, I'd say. And I'd do much the same for such ideas.

I think it's a good showing of a cooperative style that is mindful of others.

Concerning Daisy's Glitter Boy armor, now is the head shaped like a wolf? Or does it look like any other Glitter Boy? And if so, where does she put that big bushy tail? Or are we just going anime and saying she just plain fits? =)

The the faceplate is extended outwards like a "snout" to fit her snout. It's a crude but effective work, but a bit out of place from standard glitterboy design. Definitely a mod.

Has some white paint on the face. Half circles and simple pupil under the eye slits to look like eyes. And on the snout is a simple line with triangles to mark teeth. Childish, but the extent of her artistic abilities.

Some internal modifications to make her fit inside more comfortablely. Including a space for her tail to fit, but doesnt extend outside the glitterboy.

Sherwood Do you want Gradicus to stay with Brazamal from here on out or is he staying with the group?

At the hole in the fortress where Terra, Snowfall, and Daisy are, Terra's two Automations are nearly done carving a opening in the wall/door that leads further into the place, giving you access to what lies beyond. Do you wait for any of the others to arrive, or do you continue on without them?
