Louie is absolutely gorgeous
! He is completely bald on the top of his skull, however he does have a rather long ponytail on the back of his head and side burns that reach passed his tender ears. Not to mention a very tame and tended to moustache. All this hair is a hot pink colour. He has green eyes.As for his body, he has a slight belly reaching out only a couple of centimetres. However other than that, Louie is a very strong man, he has very large arms and legs that could crush rock with a stomp. He also has very pale skin and could easily be mistaken for a ghost. As for his apparel, he wears rather tight blue pants with the designs of flowers on them. On his upper body he was wears a long open robe that allows for sight of his glorious muscle tight t-shirt, that catches every detail.
Truly he is the most fabulous man on this very planet. No. The universe!

Louie is a man who is so optimistic he can make an apocalypse become the coming of the messiah. He sees everything as beautiful, even if it does not warrant it. He holds no grudges against anyone and spends his spare time painting landscapes. He has even found beauty within the brutal Titans.
However he is slightly gluttonous and likes to eat, a lot! However he tries not to be greedy and does his best to give, but sometimes he can't help but let his greed pour out. However he has an unbreakable spirit and will never give up to sorrow, even if the worse comes.
It should also be taken note of that he holds his daughter in very hight esteem. Often showering her with gifts and praise. She is the idol of his life and one of its points.
Backstory (this is Olivia's backstory to):
Louie was born into a very esteemed family in the walls of Sina. Since birth he was destined to become a senator and from very early on he trained in many arts. Some of them being: art, titan battling, 3DMG use and how to assist the rule of a country. He was never a very good student and he held little promise, except in the Titan battling and art. He was truly a master of both, surpassing those who even spent time learning since they were mere toddlers.
However he continued on the path of a Senator and went into the walls of Maria to learn of its people, that's where he would meet his wife, Alena.
After he was made a Senator, he and his wife gave birth to a lovely lass named Olivia, whom on birth, would kill Alena. However unlike any other husband, Louie did not shed any tears and was just happy he now had such a beautiful daughter, but deep down, there was sorrow.

Everything he owns is advanced forms of technology he only has access to. He has extremely sharps blades that are better than the standard and has a 3dmg with a higher gas capacity.

Appearance:
Olivia, much like her father, has very long pink hair. She often keeps it in braids and reaches just above her waist. She is rather skinny and her spine can be vaguely seen even when she is not bending over. She wears a uniform with the Military police emblem on it however because she holds such high power, she wears a gold cape much like the one worn in the scout regiment. Other than that her uniform is the same as the average soldier. She has bright green eyes.

Olivia is a very strict and serious person. She doesn't really care for a lot, except getting missions done to complete perfection. This means she makes sure no one dies on her watch. She despises failure and will scold any incompetence, or anyone becoming a detriment. She is very intimidating and has a very strong and powerful voice. The only person she really, truly cares about is her father Louie.
Backstory:
Olivia was always a prodigy and finished first in her trainee class by far. She started in the scout regiment, but slowly drifted into becoming the commander of the Military police so that she can spend more time and look after her father.
