6 typical high school student- the jock, the popular girl, the bully, the nerd, the socially awkward, and the clown- are a like in more ways than they know. They each have experienced a trauma in their lives that's made them who they are today. They each have a supernatural ability, but some are oblivious to it. Lastly, they each have had an accident, knocking them unconscious, and sending them to this hospital in their imagination. Physically, they are lost in a coma, but mentally, they are free. The only way to escape this land of dreaming is to cope with their trauma. Once this is done, the person will hear a dull, imaginary voice say, "_____, please come sign out." They will wake up with the memory of what happened, the know-how to control their ability, and a better understanding of how to cope with the trauma.
