Those who would conceal reality are cowards and weaklings, too wrapped in their own fear to brave the light that would reveal them. As a beast might bolt from cover under the impression of its hunter’s power, the charlatans who would hide under lies and misdirection may fall from their own sheer terror.
This power allows a Dragon King to intimidate their opponents with an attitude of knowledge and the lurking impression of impending consequences for those who would conceal the truth. The target makes a Valor roll; if they fail, then for the rest of the scene, the target of the power suffers a penalty equal to the Dragon King’s level in this Path to any untruthful Social Attacks, and half that to their MDVs. The affected attacks need not be directed towards the Dragon King themselves; the Dragon King need merely be present.
