The dire wolf wondered if she was the only animal or living, breathing creature still alive on earth. "Is there any stranded or injured animals out there?" She howled. Her black pelt dusted with some light dust-like debris from the earthquake; that had shaken down buildings and trees. Anything that would be standing wouldn't be anymore. Her name was Mask; she had bright blue eyes and was determined to help anyone out there, human or not.
She had bounded up to anything that would look like anyone could still be alive underneath and would be able to have at least some form of oxygen.
