Name/Title/Alias: The Demon in the Blood-Red Mist, although mostly just referred to as the Demon


Appearance:

Age: While his true age is unknown, he certainly appears in the prime of his life somewhere in his early twenties


Gender: Male


Epic/Reckoner: Epic


Power(s):

• The Power to create a Blood-Red mist that tastes/smells like blood and that distorts the senses of those within it
  
• Advanced Cellular Regeneration, his wounds mend themselves back together at an extremely fast rate
  
• Extremely advanced strength alongside rows upon rows of fangs that allow him to drain his enemies of blood

"]Only when the Demon is deprived his need to drink blood for days will he begin to lose his ability to create the mist and then slowly lose the ability to mend his wounds back together.


Giver: Technically, no. While the Demon can use his powers to heal others, he's not giving them his power.


Personality: The Demon is considered to be a rather twisted individual even for an Epic. He takes great joy and pleasure in the suffering of his human victims, as he sees no reason otherwise because he has to feed on them anyways. He respected Steelheart, all those Epics that he persuaded to work under him, and the fact he was able to keep Newcago running.


History: From the very start of Calamity when he gained his powers, unlike some who masqueraded around as vigilantes concealing their appearance, he immediately began to assert his power. He actively fought against human swat and assault teams that attempted to strike Epics up until the government passed that Epics were to be considered forces of nature.


Afterwords the Revanent soon grew in power and began to hunt down Epics, in return the Demon then attempted to hunt them. A many of their members fell to the Demon's hands as he chased them down relentlessly to the ends of the Earth. However, when they arrived at Newcago the Demon was too late to stop them from killing the unkillable-Steelheart.


Goal: With Steelheart dead and the Revanent finally attempting to stand up and take back the city of Newcago, the Demon considers it his goal to take over control of the city and rule over it just as he did. He will force every Epic to kneel to him just as Steelheart did, and he will end the Revanent once and for all as they make their stand.

Name/Title/Alias: Jonathan Phaedrus, but goes by "Prof" short for Professor


Appearance: The Professor hides within the darkest shadows, only known to the highest ranking individuals of the Revanent. As such his appearance is unknown to almost all.


Age: Just the same as his appearance, his true age is unknown. Although it's believed that the Professor is older than most...


Gender: Male


Epic/Reckoner: The Leader of the Revanents

Weakness: ???


Giver: ???


Personality: The Professor is a vindictive individual, as it's believed that his entire plan revolves around revenge. He's also more than likely highly intelligent, having been able to put together a group of assassins so skillfully and keep them off the radar.


History: Not much is known about the Professor's history other than it's believed he lost loved ones to an Epic. He then somewhere along the lines formed a group of assassins named the Revanent with no other goal than to kill all Epics.


Goal: Nothing less than the death of all Epics

Name/Title/Alias: Vlad Tepes. Goes by Alucard because he doesn't want anyone to know his real name.

Power(s): Darkness manipulation. He can control dark energy and even become it for short periods of time. In a way he can shapeshift into different animals by becoming darkness. He can also materialize it to make sturdy weapons. Also he is able to regenerate very quickly as well as having enhanced speed and strength.


Weakness:

Light makes it harder to produce the dark energy. Getting hit with anything holy will make him disappear for a time period differing depending on the situations.


Giver: He has never tried.


Personality: He usually does what he does only to survive and thrive for himself unless someone really catches his eyes. He has a really strange thought process that you will see in the Rp. He is slightly insane.


History: Vlad had been in many sports before the calamity but when it did hit, he became a god in people's eyes. He stuck with gymnastics because it was the most fun and became one of the best in the country. But slowly the power corrupted him and how he thought of things. He became very self-centered and wanted to rule he world. He continued doing gymnastics just to show off to everybody and he has tried to corrupt people's minds to join his side and be his subject. He has failed so far.


Goal: To get what he wants.

Appearance: Brown hair spiked to the side, a lightly freckled white face, blue eyes. about 6'2"


Age: 27


Gender: Male


Epic/Reckoner: Reckoner, but has nanobots


Power(s): No real "powers" but he has nanobots


Weakness: N/A


Giver: N/A


Personality: He is calculated and in control, and very rarely questions his own beliefs, but may question his superiors'. However, if his emotions go out of control, he can become brash, thoughtless, and unthinking.


History: He originally worked at a lab. He wasn't a scientist, but he was in their top circle. When Calamity struck, he was there during the initial Epic researching. He took a pair of nanobot neural connectors that were in the work, which combine many epic powers that had been researched, once the program fell apart. He created his own mini-Reckoners with his friends, dedicated to making sure people got food and supplies, rather than killing epics. However, when an epic killed his squad, he devoted the rest of his life to killing epics. He came to Newcago in order to kill Steelheart's men, but the Reckoners beat him to it. He has been attempting to make contact with the Reckoners since, knowing they could greatly use his help.


Goal: Protecting the people, and making sure they get what they need, including energy, food, safety, and freedom.

Nanobots are capable of almost anything. They can be used to grab things, hit things, they can be connected together to form weapons or bullets. They can do anything, with one catch. Due to the collapse of the research project, and the complex nature of the nanobots, they have a limited range. Once they exceed that range, they will disassemble and return to the user. If they are a formed item, they will continue on their course until they hit something, causing them to break apart and return. Also, the nanobots are specifically calibrated to Max's brainwaves, meaning even IF someone disconnected the nodes (which would be quite difficult to do, I might add) they themselves wouldn't be able to use them.

Power(s): Hemokinesis. Control ofblood. He can become blood for short amounts of time. Control blood and solidify it and he can heal himself completely as long as there is at Lear one drop of blood in his body. No blood teleportation. He can solidify the blood in his body so he is stronger and more durable. Oh and he won't be able to control other people and unless they are bleeding he can't use their blood.


Weakness:

Draining his blood inflicts serious pain. He is also distracted very easily due to his personality. Now the real weakness. Any form of electricity stuns his healing factor for a differing amount of time depending on how hard he was hit.


Giver: Yes


Personality: ADD and clinically insane. Even before he knew he was an Epic. He is always observing his surroundings and always-SQUIRREL- always joking around. When he isn't weird, he is very proper and has a British accent. He usually kills people just for fun.


History: Being abused as a child was very hard on Dracula in fact he became insane from it. He killed his parents using his blood and drank their blood to 'become stronger' although it didnt. He lived in the streets, drinking blood instead of food for as long as he could until he actually needed food and water. He robbed a grocery store for only the necessary food that he needed and then killed everyone in the store. For fun. He disappeared into a pool of blood and wasn't seen again until he needed more food. He robbed another store and this process went on for years. He continued to drink blood and he hasn't caught any diseases because of his healing factor. He continues the cycle.


Goal: Make sure everyone fears his name. He will be the next Steelheart.

Bīsuto's appearance is unknown because of the blood red hood he is always seen wearing. However, when the hood is removed, his eyes are blood red and his hair is completely white. He believes it was a ghastly mutation due to him never using his powers all those years ago.

-Light Manipulation: Miles can create pure light from thin air and concentrate that to make weapons, items, vehicles, and other things. Most of the light he makes is similar to that of a UV light and, when under a light he hasn't created, Miles body automatically heals itself.


-Flashbang: This being Miles signature move, and the inspiration for his nick name, he is always trying to show off with it. Miles slams his fist into the ground, causing an explosion similar to that of a flash bang times two.

Miles can only be killed by someone he fears.

Sadistic and close to the brink of insanity, Miles kills people just for the bloody fun of it. Once they die, he either sets the body on fire or burns a message into it and hangs it somewhere to set an example.'


History: (What has your character been through this past ten years since Calamity?)


Two years after Calamity, Miles was hunted down by the Reckoners after they suspected him for killing a member. Once they found him, they shut down the electricity in the building e resided in and tried to kill him, assuming this was his weakness. The unlucky few learned to late that this wasn't Miles weakness. He killed them all in the blink of an eye, leaving only a small group of Reckoners to report back to their leader. Since then, the Reckoners have continued to investigate and test Miles weakness and they have failed miserably. Miles currently resides in an abandoned apartment complex.

The slavery of all human's and unification of all Epic's, to ensure that they rule the world.
