"We are here in Beijing reporting this anomaly."
A man sprints through the road. He places a hand on a car as he passes. Uniformed men follow as the cars fly backwards at his touch, attempting to create an obstacle. The camera sucks, the quality is blurry and poor.
"We have yet to figure out how he does it or even if there are more like him but, this is not staged. It appears the man is moving the cars on his own."
The camera blurs worse as it attempts to follow and focus. Theres an orchestra of sympathetic screams and gasps as the man is shot down. The streets calm and the camera switches off.
"A remarkable and terrifying day in history. We have been told to stop broadcasting as police come and investigate the area."
This report aired immediately after you experienced something odd.
A boy walked home after a mugging, terrified and angry. It was his first time in New York and he had yet to know the safe places. Venting on his anger he trudged home and vented. It was not long before his eyes fell to his feet and he realized chipped pieces of pavement orbited his legs. As soon as he saw them, he calmed and only focused on the pieces. No sooner did they fall back to the ground. It left him exhausted, confused and worried.
A similar thing effected you as well. Expanding on it, you realized you could move matter/ If it was metal, you could do the same or even make in explode into sparks. Trying was hard and physically demanding. Experimenting, you had to wonder if otters could do the same.. if you could become a super hero. Maybe you could seek revenge on those who hurt you. Maybe you could have some fun, or what if you just want to make it disappear and forget?
Later on, a man finds you. He is very old, but radiating something powerful. He offers to help you. He explains years of training with buddhist monks and a lost friend who died due to the very same power they exhibited. Should you agree he will lead you to an old apartment with no owner and give you a room. There he will watch.. incase worst comes to worst, and help you prevent corrupt people like yourself from taking over. Simple, right?

These powers are based off of a few things you can do should you be able to manipulate electrons. I do expect all of you to start out week. Its vital that you do so. These powers expand like muscles, and in order for this rp to work, they must develop as heros and all together as well.
