The Association was ruled justice by the Supreme Court on May 12th, 1995. All Wizards are required to sign in at the Perkland's Institution of Magical Arts, and receive their magical identification at the Registry of Magic located in New York's underground facility.
The Perkland Institution of Magical Arts is located close to New York, which can be accessed via. boat through a secret and magically sealed river stream onto the island where the school and where the Magical Ministry is located.
Students are required to wear proper uniform, a black sweater with the appropriate Perkland's symbol on it, a red tie, and black pants along with black or brown shoes.

Wizards are classified into the Alpha, Omega, and Beta levels. The Alphas show bravery and courage, the Omegas show intelligence, and the Betas show determination through mind.
You will be sorted via. The Testing which is where a house member will claim a student via. wand battle if no house claims on a student. The winner will have the student let into the house. If no house claims, the Head will choose an appropriate house for them. The student must give a quick speech about who they are, which house they are applying for, etc.
The living quarter buildings are located on campus around the main school. The living quarter castles can be visited by all during the day but at curfew, no student is allowed in another's quarters that isn't of his house.
Students may attend any class that they wish and is serving them at the appropriate time. However, to earn a full credit in that course, they must pass the Exams of Magical Mind or (EMM) for that particular subject. To pass into the next grade, a student needs at least 4 every year.
Just a word of warning, the school is packed with strict rules that forbid any use of dark magic or sorcery that is unjust. Anyone who does not want to abide with these rules WILL be asked not to attend the school further and rather be home-schooled. There has been many dark secrets within the school walls that we rather keep untold and left alone.
