I have a good one. When I first played Skyrim, I did most of the main quests, discovered most of the map, killed over a hundred dragons, was leader of all the factions, got all the trophies and was like "This is easy"

Difficulty was on Novice the entire time.

After seeing the difficulty, I blinked, slowly put down the controller and proceeded to smack my head against the wall.
