CUPCAKES. BAM.
cake:
ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of yoki blood
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour (or anything from yoki's body that has been grinded up.)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon yoki tears
1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
2/3 cup yoki blood
steps:
make your mise en place and let everything sit until it gets to room temperature.
preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare your muffin tins with cupcake liners.
in a mixing bowl add the room temperature butter. beat on medium speed for one minute. add in the sugar and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
add in the 2 teaspoons yoki blood and the two eggs one at a time.
mix in the yogurt, and after fully incorporating all the ingredients, remove the bowl from the mixer.
slowly add in the dry ingredients, a few amounts at the time and add in the 2/3 cup of yoki blood. gently stir the batter until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
scoop the batter into the cupcake liners until around 2/3 full.
bake for twenty minutes until fully cooked. take out of the oven when done.
let them cool until they're not hot you dumbass.
frosting:
ingredients
1 cup butter
3-4 cups confectioners sugar (sift that shit)
1/4 teaspoon yoki tears
5 tablespoons yoki blood
steps:
once again, make your mise en place and let everything sit until it gets to room temperature.
beat butter for a few minutes with a mixer on medium speed. add the three cups of powdered sugar and turn your mixer on the lowest speed.
continue to mix the butter and sugar until the sugar has fully incorporated with the butter.
increase mixer speed to medium and add the 5 tablespoons of yoki blood, and yoki tears.
if the mixture is too thin, add more sugar.
then when the cupcakes have cooled off, pipe that delicious shit onto the cupcakes and then you're done.
