No one is perfect. No matter who it is, they will still make mistakes if they are human.

Naturally people are not perfect, especially not at everything. But are all skills all so limitless? Even a person who has seemingly perfected a skill can still learn. So not only are we not perfect overall, but is it also not possible master any single thing? Even one who devotes their life to pursuing it? It is something to think about.

Skills can always be expanded. People who commit to one thing will never truely master it. It would take more than a single life time.

I find this fact of life to be endlessly fascinating. Given that one can never truly master something, is it then more fulfilling to pursue many various skills instead of a single one? Or is approximate mastery more fulfilling than only managing to reach adequacy in numerous things?

I view it to be better to be good at many, than to be a master of one. Then if your life changes you won't be left useless.
