Roleplay (Miyuki & Justin)

"I want the first three people to see the scene of the crime, every bit of evidence that could be found at the scene, and lastly, get me a time in the courtroom, an hour from now. I also want the fifth person that saw the crime scene, but not the fourth."

The guards did as they were told and they were off with their mission. The personal guard walked up to her "I was the fifth person, he told me to run an errand when I came back he was gone.

"That makes you one of the three witnesses I'll be having you testify in court about what you saw at the crime as you arrived." The guards come back with the first three that stumbled upon the crime. "Second witness, step forward." The second witness walks up, a salute that would make anybody proud. "I'm sorry to say this, but you're being charged with the attempted, or even successful, murder of the prince. Turn in your sword immediately."

"You can't just do that to them they were innocent I can garentee what are you hiding?" He asked and sighed as he looked at the girl.

"Did you forget how things turned out last time, the time before that, and even the time before that? I've never failed to get a case closed in court, and a man in the dungeon. Also, as of right now, you're just a mere witness." She kept up the seriousness in her eyes, which even the high knight would fear if they were to see them. "Now then, do you want to question my methods that have succeeded very time thus far, or are you going to shut up and fill your role as a witness?"

"I'm not gonna shut up until you tell me the truth or are you the one who created this, you would have the high power to do that and make noone assume its you

"I've been out in town up until five minutes ago. It's hardly possible for me to have been behind anything. I even have the four knights at the gate as witnesses to my leaving three hours ago. None of them saw me come back until just now, and I doubt even I could get past their eyes."

"Hmph, You may say but for all you know anything for high Knights anything can happen knowing them" he growled at her and sighed.

She walks into the castle, headed straight for Justin's room. Every knight's trying to get into the crime scene, the High Knight not letting anybody in. She approaches the High Knight, him letting her go in to investigate. She looks around, studies how the bodies lay, comparing them to her memory of how they were back when she killed them, though for the sake of keeping suspicion off her, also studies the blood, noticing somebody came and set it up to look like they were attacked from behind by rearranging their bodies with the blood, as well as taking one of their blades and sticking it in the back of a face-down knight, though they forgot to make the blade go all the way through to cover for the wound on their chest. "This scene was tampered with. The first witness said he immediately ran off from the scene, and knocked on your door for half an hour trying to get your attention, having left the second witness there to watch over the scene, correct? If that's the case, I can already link the second witness to the crime, twice."

The guard waited for the girl to comeback wondering where she was when this happened. He just was gonna wait to see who was right or wrong.

"I have all I need. I can even visually picture it with this evidence. It's clear as day. The prince was sitting on his bed, when one knight knocked on the door, then entered. The knight pulled out his sword, and tried attacking him, but there was a dagger by the prince's bed, which he used to jab into the knights chest. He pushed the knight to the ground while pulling out the knife, another knight rushing in to see what happened. The knight already had his sword at hand, ready for anything, only to be stabbed in the back by a third knight coming in. The third knight loses hold of his sword because of the prince picking up the first knight's sword and jabbing it in the third's chest when he tried to attack. A fourth knight came in, presumed to be the one currently charged, swinging his sword at the prince, cutting him somewhere. The prince lost hold of the sword, jumping out the window to escape, whereupon the fourth knight threw the dagger out at him, only to miss and have it stick in the ground below the window. That's when the fourth knight ran away, returning moments later as the second witness. The first witness left the second to watch over the scene as he ran to notify you. I don't think we even need witnesses for this one other than the first, sir." She knelt down in front of the high knight, a salute of utmost respect while presenting her theory. The High Knight accepts her theory, sending a knight off to go notify everybody about how things will go. "Amaya, you're the most experienced of the knights here. You'll be the inquisitor for this trial."

(lol of course she can picture it and want me to play the second witness?)

The guard waited for the disrespectful woman to come back. She even had the rights to behead someone for anything and he sighed he didn't want that happening to him.

(You play second witness, and if you want, first witness. You can also play the second witnesses defense, tring to prove his innocence against the utmost skilled inquisitor, who'll get him trapped anyways, and locked in the dungeon. Not the same dungeon as you though :3)

Both her and the High Knight walked out to where the guard was, her theory written down on paper in fancy letters that showed how official they were. "That's the theory our top knight came up with. You'll be looking over it, as well as every bit of evidence provided during the case to decide from the back if the verdict's absolute, or if it carries on to a second day."

Kurenai had already taken the time to secretly plant evidence, which went 100% unnoticed by anybody, making her theory nearly impossible to break with whatever's found, the work of whoever shifted the bodies around having just helped her theory even more. "This case is pretty much closed."

(Sorry it's late. Got caught up in a lot of other roleplays.)

The second guard looked at her and sighed he wondered who was the criminal that she had chose. "Uh ma'am who is the criminal from what you think?"

"The second witness, the one that watched over the scene for half an hour while the first went to get the High Knight."

The guard was surprised "That's me but I didn't do anything I promise you." He said to her. He wanted to let her show mercy to him.

"Well, you're lucky then. You get to be part of a trial." She begins walking towards where the courtroom's at, people all the way there just clearing out a path for her, before she's even within ten feet of the portion clearing out.

(Do you want to skip the whole court scene, or play through it? Not sure how well we'd be able to do the whole ting in court.)
