Realistic or Modern Highschool Is Cruel

She knew he wasn't interested, but she decided to humor him anyways. If only her mom could see her now, talking to a person, a boy no less. "A-a g-girl... S-she g-goes to a d-different w-world, o-only to d-discover that she's i-in a c-coma and s-she is f-fighting f-for her l-life in b-both the d-dream w-world and the r-real w-world."

Elroy nodded his head as he listened to her. As he had presumed, it was something that he was not even the slightest interested in. The plotline, relayed by Celia, didn't make much sense to him. Despite this annoyance, he failed to let it appear to disrupt him. "Sounds cool," he said whilst attempting genuine interest. He noted that his family was beginning to round things up and caught an idea, an imaginary light bulb going off above his head.

"I'm havin' a party later. You and everyone is invited." He fished out his small, outdated phone and went to enter a new contact, patiently waiting for her to relay her number over. Nobody would mind if he held his own party at the farm, they weren't working Sundays anyways and his brothers were either too doped or boozed out to care much. They'd just join in.

A party? She's probably faint if she went to a party. She reached into her pocket and held out a piece of paper with her number on it. Her mom insisted on her having it one on her at all times, because it was difficult for people to get a number out of her stutter. "I-I d-don't h-have m-many f-f-friends..." she told him quietly, playing with the edge of her cardigan.

Elroy's lips twitched upwards, threatening to smile as he received the paper with her number on it. He instantly put it into his contacts, before handing it back to her. "Thanks, cutie," he said as he slid his phone back into his pocket. Hearing her comment regarding her friend situation, which he had already assumed being the case, he shook his head. "You'll make some. I'll holler at you later." With that Elroy left the conversation, going around and telling other kids about the upcoming party. Soon, the news of it spread like wildfire among the kids.

Everyone's invited.

((Goodnight))

~Night~

Still dumbfounded, Celia didn't even notice her approaching mother until she put her hand on her daughter's shoulder. Pippa smiled at her daughter, "Who was that?"

Celia blushed. "S-someone f-from s-school..."

"Hey." said a voice, and Sean whipped his head up to see a red-haired girl. She smiled, and he didn't know what to do. He pointed to himself, as if to confirm she was speaking to him. He knew he'd never talked to her before, since he'd only arrived in town late yesterday night. Maybe she was just really friendly or something. Nah. He could tell. He was good at reading people.

(( Sorry it's short... ))

Lacey followed the group into the street she was wearing one of her new lace dresses and was glad that hey were out of the hall at last, she wasn't religious but had said that she would come to church on her job application.Lacey dragged her feet behind Jamie her heart was broken whenever she saw him with Hudson but she kept it inside because she wouldn't want to ruin their love or cause trouble. "Sir Jamie, why haven't Miss.Eva and Miss Jasmine accompanied us," she inquired combing through her hair. @Gilmoregirl12

Hudson found her keys in her purse huge, overly stuffed purse. And looked around one more time for Jamie, and saw him just leaving the church. She smiled at him brightly, but that brightness faded as soon as her eyes landed on Lacey. She simply nodded at Lacey and walked over to Jamie, "I would never expect Mr. Badas$ to attend church. She pressed a kiss to his lips and smiled up at him.

Kyle saw a bunch of people he's never seen before, and stopped walking toward Rykers house. He shyly walked back and up to a group, there was a younger boy, about 14 or 15 and smiled shyly, "a-are you new?" He asked, wanting to make friends.

Billie just glanced back at the church, right rhen. She rammed into someone. ____ ((feel free to volunteer!))

Jamie looked at Lacey" I have no clue. Why they didn't come, but mom and dad won't care to much. As ling as they give a reason."He said.

@Allina Auburn

He smiled seeing Hudson. "Well my love I get to see you and yoyr beautiful smile princess and well I was hoping to whisk you away for the afternoon your arm okay sweetheart? "He asks her gently. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her up a bit. He placed a kiss on her soft lips and lifted her up then set her down.He winked at her and leaned his forehead on hers.

Eva and Jasmine were talking as Billie slammed into them. They had skipped church but wanted to pick up Jamie and see if he wanted to see a a movie. "Hey watch where in the hell your goi...oh Hey Billie what's up?"Eva said.

Hudson giggled a little, "well, I'm glad. Go ahead and whisk me away" she set her hands on his shoulders, she went nervous to him mentioning her arm, "yea. Its okay, a bit sore." She unzipped her jacket and showed him her arm. There was a nasty looking bruise in the shape of finger prints. "I just bruise easy" she shrugged and sipped her jacket back up, "soooo, I have my scooter here. We could go for a ride, you could drive."she pointed at her red scooter.

Billie frowned a bit, "I am soooo sorry" she apologized, "Uhm... i was just walking home from church... I think my sister is very fond of your brother" she teased, "she's so innocent, and he's, tough and rough. Never woulda pictured it" she giggled. She turned around, able to see the church still. And her sister and Jamie out front kissing. She looked back at Eva and smiled

((Ah okay, sorry :D I just was testing to see if anyone would reply :\ Is this fine?))

Raine plugged in her earphones and turned up the volume, trying to disappear from the world around her.

It was her first day at the new school. ((Wait, is this happening at a school?)) The same routine had to start again. Put on a smile, make new friends, impress teachers, give nice first impressions, inspect friends and learn who will go shopping with her, who will backbite about her and who will rush to her door at 9 pm to soothe her when she has to cry about something.

She sighed. Her family had to move a lot because of her parent's jobs. She just didn't think going through the same routine was necessary since she probably had to do the same thing next year too.
