"Oh, aren't you pretty?" Josh asked, sitting up. His dagger, Keybone, was strapped to his arm. He kicked off his shoes and took off his sunglasses. "And Joshlandia is part of Ravenkeyistan."

I am a dolphin.

(Don't overload yourself soul)

"I must say, I'm with her on how stupid that sounds, you must be a ravenkey," he said gesturing to josh, "and I honestly can't place what family you are from." He said looking at ash.

Malachi was having no luck finding a book that caught his eye, so he started walking towards the entrance. "Why don't Nephilim scholars see any value In mundane authors?" He said as he walked closer to the entrance. "Looks like there is only one solution, to Chicago I go." Malachi sat down in a chair in the lounge area of the library and started drawing a portal rune on the back of the chair.

(I won't Snake, but finish your message. xD )
Ash does a mock bow. "Oh wow thanks, cuz I like totally needed that boost of confidence~! I don't need your compliments. Looks don't always get you places." She said as she glanced at Sam. "Thank you. Someone smart. You have a good eye... Fairfox." She said while grinning.

Elizabeth finally finds one on her family history and one about the different runes, goes and sits down to start flipping through both.

Sam chuckled a bit, "ah, that may be true, but you're still avoiding the question, we know he is josh ravenkey, My name is Sam, the adopted Fox. But you still have not introduced yourself." Please do though, I don't know about Josh, but I assure you, I am not an animal, and prefer to know who I am speaking to."

As Malachi finished the rune, the back of the chair opened up as a portal to a street In Chicago. Looking at Elizabeth he said in a normal tone, "Hey, El, I'm heading into town to pick up a book, you want one? I guarantee they're more interesting than what you will find in here."

Ash huffs slightly. "Maybe I'm avoiding the question because I believe you won't believe me if I tell you, but I'll give you my first name. Just call me Ash." She said while putting her bag down.

Elizabeth glanced up from the two books she was currently looking at. "Uhm sure... I guess. Just grab me anything really, I don't care too much.." She said softly as she looked at her books.

Gwen on her way back from her run, nice and sweaty but looks quite good as she makes her way to the dorms.

"Alright then ash it is," Sam smiles at her. "But seriously, no need to get so offended."

Malachi smiled and rolled backwards through the portal, landing in an alley that opened up on to the street next to his favorite bookstore. As he walked in the owner greeted him, "Hey Chi, it's been awhile, how you been?" Malachi waved at Leroy. "Pretty good, I was back in town for the day and I figured I'd stop by, say hello, and pick up a book for myself and a girl I've been seeing." Malachi walked through the shelves looking for a book that caught his eye. "Man, I'll tell you. This boarding school has already got me beat and I've only been there a few days."

Leroy laughed, "you know what little man, it'll get better, I mean look, you got yourself someone to think of when you aren't focused on schooling, and you get to come back into town to see old friends like me." Malachi grabbed two books off the shelves. "There's a bright side to everything for you huh, Leroy. I'll get these, I finally have the whole series." Malachi paid for the books, said goodbye and headed back to the portal.

Ash shook her head. "I'm not. And nice to meet you Sam." She said as Gwen passed by and went to her bed to grab a fresh shirt and some pants before leaving to go change.

Elizabeth reading her mother's family history while looking over some of the many runes there are. She blinked slightly as she read how her ancestor had been in love with a mundane. "Wow... How tragic..." She said softly while looking at her father's family history.

Malachi walked through the portal as Elizabeth said her last statement. "What on earth could be so tragic?" He asked as he walked up to her. "Oh, here is your book, it really,is a great one." He placed A book with the title pathfinder on the table in front of her. "It's by one of the mundane's best authors, also, if you don't like that, I've got the Tolkien collection in my bag, and just bought the last one." He said holding up his other book.

Elizabeth gave him a small smile as she looked up at him. "Oh just my muther's family history... My ancestor was a beautiful and well known shadow hunter who was sought after by many... But she fell in love with a mundane and got married in secret... However he was killed by vampires when they were meeting one night in the forest and found his body in a rose bed..."

((Oh crap, I forgot to mention Josh has a raven.))

Shawn woke up by rolling on the ground. He sat up and asked, "Whoa, new faces. Please introduce yourself." He looked around and identified a Fairfox, a Firestar, and a Ravenkey. "Oh, well I'm Shawn Goldhawk, if you wanted to know."

Meanwhile, Josh ignored the question and laid back down. He took out Keybone and touched it. The cold seraph material was freezing, as if it was him when his family died. "And looks can't get you places, you have to steal stuff," he joked. You could hear the sarcasm in his voice.

I am a dolphin.

Malachi took on a somber face, "Once again with the vampires. They just seem to ruin everything good. But that is a sweet story, people need to realize that Mundane people aren't trash."

Sam laughed as Shawn rolled off of his bed. "I'm Sam." Turning to look at Josh, he gave him a disdainful look, "you know, stealing things has great consequence, you steal something from me, I'll hunt you down and make you pay."

Elizabeth sighs softly as she closes the book lightly while turning slightly to look at him. "Are you okay...? Like veally? Because every time the v vord comes up... You... Change." She said slightly while standing up.

Ash snorts slightly as she pulls her bag onto her bed with a slight huff before digging out her two swords. "Ah there they are." She said and put them on her hips.

Gwen walks back into the dorm and raises a brow when she noticed Shawn crowding with three new kids, a Ravenkey and two she didn't know. So she made her way over. "Hey Shawn, sup all?"

Malachi sighed, "you noticed that huh?" Malachi hung his head, "well, I'll tell you my story then" looking up at Elizabeth his eyes took on a sad look as he thought about that day. "When I was 7 years old, my parents decided I was old enough to accompany them on a mission as an observer. That night while they investigated a shadowhunter death, I sat hidden on a fire escape. Two vampires fell on them from above and slaughtered them," Malachi shuddered, "It was all I could do not to scream, or they would hear and kill me too. So that's why I hate vampires so much they took what family I had away from me, and I had to grow up mostly alone." He tried to stop it, but a tear slid down his face as he finished the story.

"Hey Gwen," Shawn said getting up. "Do you know where Rose is?" he asked, grabbing some clothes. He planned to take a shower. Mustn't make a bad impression on new people.

Josh laughed. "I'm kidding," he said, his welsh accent showing. "I'm Josh." He started sharpening his dagger while staring at the ceiling.

I am a dolphin.

Elizabeth said nothing as she listened. "Oh I see... My condolences..." She said softly while biting her lip slightly, looks like she wants to say something but shakes her head.

Gwen glanced up at him. "We just went on a run, she's probably showering or in the training room. Which is where I am going now. Ash rolls eyes slightly. "I'm sure... Anyways Josh... Im Ash, that's Sam, Shawn and.. Gwen?

Gwen gave a nod. "Yup."

"Rose is my sister, you'll meet her soon," Shawn said, locking the door to his bathroom simply undressing and getting into the shower.

Josh got up. "Where's the training room? I need to train with my raven," he said, whistling. And on that cue, a beautiful big raven flew through the window and onto Josh's arm. He strapped his dagger back on his arm and waited for the answer.

I am a dolphin.

Gwen raises a brow but points to the door. "Go out these doors, Keep going straight and then turn left. It will be the big double set of doors." She said while strapping her daggers and sword on. Ash sitting on her bed when a big dark grey blob ends up on her bed and she smiles. "Hello Smoke." She said as the large dark grey tabby Tom laid down and nodded.

Josh nodded, walking out with all his weapons except poison. When he came to the doors, he walking in and quickly took out his loaded crossbow and shot it, getting a bullseye.

Shawn walked out of the bathroom with a green tanktop on that said, "IRELAND." He was also wearing cargo shorts that were, not a big surprise, green. And guess what his jacket was colored. Green! He got to the couch where he slept and took out his bow.

I am a dolphin.

Malachi put his hand on top of Elizabeth's "hey, El don't sweat it." Malachi smiled a bit, "that was ten years ago, the only thing that came from it was that I'm more prepared against vampires, and I got sent here and I was able to meet you."

"What is up with everyone and blades?" Sam said, standing up. Reaching into his bag, he pulled out a large mace, putting it over his shoulder, the muscles in his arm and shoulder tense. "Tho does some good damage, and it's easier not to kill an underworlder who needs to be brought in and interrogated.

Elizabeth blushes a bit as he lays his hand on hers and looks away slightly and moves her hand a bit. "A-Ah... I Uhm I see..."'she said while biting her lip a bit glancing at him.

Ash shrugs slightly while petting her cat slightly as Gwen laughed. "Well I like blades but I can use blunt weapons as well... And long ranged." She said with a grin.

"Long range is my strong suit," Shawn said, laying down. His stomach then growled as loud as a werewolf would howl. "Oh, anybody want to come with me to breakfast?"

(Must... Eat... Food...)

I am a dolphin.

"I don't mind Using a bow, but Becoming so adept with this," Sam said hefting the mace, "is my one way of rebelling my parents. They constantly complain that it's not the FairFox way."

Malachi sighed. She's cute when she's embarrassed. "Anyways," Malachi stood up, "I'm going to head out and do some sprints on the roof, I'll leave you to your book, that is, if you don't want to come."

Malachi started for the roof, with Elizabeth behind him. Earlier that morning he had set up boxes to do his exercises with. "I love the cool air up here. The wind whistling around me, makes me feel alive." Malachi put his arms out and smiled.

Sam puts the mace in the belt clip that he had on his belt. "Yeah, I could go for some food." He says as he stands up.
