Fandom Camp Half-Blood Redefined

Jason nodded solemnly at Fern's words suddenly wishing he wasn't so transparent, that would be trouble if he were ever captured. He looked at Alec a completely confused look on his I face, until he processed what Alec had said. At the moment Damian came by and tried to say hello but Jason was on full alert. "Sorry Damien gotta go Max is in trouble, talk to you if I survive." He grabbed Alec and hauled him behind as Jason rose up out of his seat and ran out of the building. "Hold on Alec. And JUMP!" He formed his board and jumped onto it still holding onto Alec firmly as he rose. "Is that the one?" He had ridden high above the buildings, at least high enough to see the streets and even make out some cars more pointedly seeing a Limo parked in an alley about seven blocks away. He figured that was theirs seeing as not many people park their limos in alleys he rose on his board and gingerly floated over to it watching for any movement. In the windows or the vehicle itself.

Alec was dragged off by Jason, onto a watery discus, and when Jason saw a limo parked in an alley, the son of Poseidon asked if that was the limo, to which he replied, "I think so..." When they approached it, he fell silent, his heart pounding in his chest, threatening to rise up his throat... Or maybe that was his breakfast. Either way, he was beyond nervous, but he had to act. And quickly. Who knows what the pink parka chick could be doing to Max! His hands balled into fists, his teeth clenched. When he found her... Oh, how she would wish she had never been conceived...

Max sat staring blankly at the bars of his cage, still thinking about what Sam Said. "She used me! She knew i enhance the ability, and she knew she'd be able to get me here!" Max though as he punched at the wall to his left, missing the concrete surface entirely. "Ok lets try this again" He took a deep breath and focused on manipulating the air around him. He sent a shockwave of air at the bars hopping for them the smash to pieces, but they remained standing. "This is bullsh*t." Max thought as he got up and tried to look through the bars of his cage. he looked at each of the other cells in the area he was in. He sighed and went back to his bed, seeing that he couldn't see anyone that stood out to him. He closed his eyes, he'd think of a plan to get out eventually… he just didn't know when.

Sam brushed her bangs out of her eyes as she strolled past a pair of guards watching over the demigod power extractor, whom she had made listen to her wishes, and smiled. She looked around at the empty room and turned on the panel and began scrolling through the list of powers they had collected until she came across the one she was looking for. She clicked on the button labeled 'Chronos' and laid down in the machine. she pressed the start button. "And with this I can start my own plan" She thought as the machine warmed up. "Wait til Maxie learns that i can stop time!" She laughed as the machine enfaced the powers of an unlucky son of Chronos into her body.

Allie sat in the corner of the hotel lobby when the weird group of people walked into the lobby. A girl who emanated the same dark feeling that she did was holding a boy who not only radiated heat, but he was… naked…. She shook her head to herself as she stood up. She watched the girl stare the satyr behind the desk half to death and then proceed to carry the boy up into the hotel. She pulled out a small walkie talkie and turned it back to the conversation she was overhearing earlier. "Yeah i left the limo exactly where you wanted it, right in the alleyway near the plaza." "Good, the soldiers should be able to handle the rest." Allie turned off the radio and walked outside. She remembered the plaza, a nice peaceful area full of trees and it had easy access to the roofs there. She quickly hurried into a nearby bunch of trees and jumped out into the plaza. She smiled glad she had made a pact with artemis and climbed the ladder to the roof. When she got to the top she saw five guards standing on top of the roof looking at a pair of guys in the air. She unsheathed her bow and readied two arrows. "deep breath in" She fired both arrows, each hitting there mark. One of the now lifeless soldiers fell off the roof and onto the roof of the limo below, while the other one slumped to the ground. She readied two more arrows and let them fly across the gap in the roof, both men fell to the ground clutching their throats. Allie looked around. "Where'd the fifth one go-" She thought as the last soldier tackled her off the roof. She and the soldier fell down and Allie managed to roll in the air so the soldier would hit the limo first. As they collided Allie was knocked off the crippled body of the soldier and landed on the ground and looked up and cursed to herself. She was staring straight at Jason…. her ex-boyfriend floating on a board of water.

Alec jumped and grabbed onto Jason when a girl fell from the sky and landed on the ground, though she appeared unharmed. The man she had tumbled down with however, took a great deal of damage. He stared at the scene, as the girl stared up at Jason, looking like she didn't want to be there. He looked back and forth between the two, then realized how tightly he was holding onto Jason and let go, and laughed nervously, "Eheheh... Sorry..."

Jason held his spot above the hood of the limo before making the bottom of the board look like the bottom of a glacier intending to drop down hard onto the hood wanting to tear the vehicle to shreds with ice if Max wasn't in there and soldiers were. That's when more than a couple people took his ideas with much less effective results, soldiers dropped from the roof silver sticks that he noticed were arrows. Then of course the icing on the cake the one that did have an effect happened to be the one he hoped to yet dreaded seeing, he could care less about the limo now as he watched Allie roll off, she seemed alive but the fact that she just stared up at them blankly whether or not it was surprise at seeing them or not worried him. Jason got to drop the iceberg but putting his original target out of his mind he floated down shrugging as Alec apologized, "It's fine, not much choice unless you want to fall off." They landed on the cement, the board melting from the the frozen state as Jason released it only to refreeze from the temperature he hadn't noticed it before the worry for Max, and wouldn't let it bother him now. He simply walked over to Allie and extended a helping hand all his emotion in his gaze which left his face with a neutral expression as he looked Allie in the eyes. "Need some help up?"

There was somebody at her table. Viola looked up from where she'd been staring at the table, to find what's-her-name there. She wasn't sure of the girl's name or her godly parent or her powers; in fact, she was pretty sure they'd never spoken. Which was probably why this girl had made the mistake of sitting at Viola's table, because she didn't know Viola well enough to know how much Viola detested people- especially other demigods. The girl had definitely been crying- her eyes were rimmed red- yet she looked so happy. Viola frowned at her.

"Why are you here? You better not start crying again! I won't put up with you coming over here and crying." she said, "I don't want to hear about whatever the hell just happened to you. I'm just here for some peace and quiet, away from you freaks. So, you can either stay here and be quiet and not look at me or you can go away!" She crossed her arms with a huff.

Adriana was looking around idly, swinging legs back and forth as she quietly hummed to herself. She wondered as to what the group's next plan of action was now since they were in Greenland. She was brought back to reality when she heard a young voice not too far from her. Adri swiveled in her seat to see Viola looking at her with contempt. The hate targeted towards Adri made her feel powerful, but not in the crazed sense it usually did; she was in control of herself.

The demigod allowed Viola to finish her rant, simply nodding when she was finished. Despite the scolding, Adri smiled and gave a small laugh, "Don't worry about me - I think I'm done crying." It felt so long ago that she thought herself as a freak, despite believing so just minutes ago. "I'll leave you alone,"she reassured, motioning her hand over her mouth to make it look like she was zipping it closed. She turned away, but couldn't help but turning back. "But just one question and I won't bug you: why are you so angry?" She waved her hands in elaboration, "I mean, I saw you earlier slapping Max in the face and you seemed mad before that."

A throbbing sound rang through Ryan's ears. It took the demigod a few seconds to know that he could hear his own heart beating while she chanted whatever she was saying. A flash of white light went through Ryan's mind sending a pang of pain throughout his body, "Ah!" He pulled away moving his hands to his eyes. The demigod was catching his breath. Ryan put his forearm on the wall and leaned his head against it with his eyes closed. Cupid noticed some intense discussion taking place at Viola and Adriana's area. He walked over interested to hear what it was that the two girls were talking about. There was really nothing else that Cupid could do at the moment other than eavesdrop and/or engage himself in conversation.

She had to think about the other girl's question for a moment.

"Why am I angry?" Viola frowned, "Hm. Currently, because you're here. Earlier, it was because Max was being irritating. In between, it was because I hate all of you and myself and my parentage and literally everything else in this entire world. Heck, I hate everything in other worlds too. Are you satisfied now? You said you wouldn't bother me. So, shut up." She scowled and leaned back in her chair. Why did the other girl have to be so annoyingly happy? All Viola wanted was some peace and quiet, so she could sulk by herself. Why did this girl have to come over here and ruin it with her smiling and her happiness? How come she was so happy anyway? So, though she hated the girl, Viola had to ask:

"Why are you so happy?"

Hate: such a strong word. Adriana would have asked why Viola decided to use that word to describe her feelings towards the demigods, but she had already used up her chance to ask a question. And to hate herself? Similar to how she felt connected towards Serafina, Adri felt like she could have related to Viola. The child of Eris didn't believe she hated herself or her mother, but more so was fearful. But now, the person who once thought of her as a monster seemed accept and love her. And she wondered what darkness, or sadness, was within Viola. But once again, she couldn't ask any more questions. Even so, Adri would not bother to pry for she knew she would have disliked to be asked such personal questions before.

Adri was going to turn back around but Viola unexpectedly continued the conversation. She asked why she was happy and she felt comfortable enough to share with Viola. "I used to hate myself,"she answered,"Or I was at least scared of myself. But something happened and now I can't seem to feel like that anymore." The thought made her beam with happiness even more. She looked off into the distance but didn't focus on anything specific, "I feel like I'm dreaming because it just feels like...a dream." She gave a short laugh.

Companion:Mason(unconscious)

Condition: In the room with Helena and Mason

The way that b*tch just tossed Mason into the bushes caused Ignis to seethe in furor. She left and all Ignis could see was red from her anger heating the crystal. She sat in the center of her home and thought of all the things she could do to that demonic b*tch. Ignis' thoughts went wild with punishments ranging from scorching her body from the inside and letting it fall from the bone to just melting her face off. 'I love that the most.... I just want to melt her face off.... spit on it and watch her scream and until it's silenced by the lava melting her mouth away.' Ignis plotted and hoped Mason wasn't against it. Hell, if he wasn't didn't mean Helena was actually a member of his group. She could be some shifter or some other monster waiting to suck the life out of him. So she could say self defense if it really came down to justifying melting her face.

During the plotting, Helena had exited the lobby and lifted Mason back on her shoulders. Ignis wanted to wait until she "helped" Mason to decide how to kill her. Ignis grinned to herself inside her home that lightly shook as Helena took Mason to wherever she intended to suck his life away. Ignis would wait and bide her time to melt that pretty pale face of that demonic skull of hers. They had arrived into a luxurious suite and once the door shut, Ignis emerged from her hiding place in the bracers and formed into her normal form. She looked to be 14 or 15 with medium sized hair with a bow on the side with broad glasses on the tip of her nose. Her "clothing" was only discernible by the shadow and different dimensions shaping clothing on her. Ignis' flames were in constant motion, so the shades were never constant. Ignis' floated and pushed her glasses up, watching the girl with her vibrant orange-red eyes. "Now... Can we clothe the child and bring him back to the world of the living?" Ignis sarcastically hissed at Helena. She was anxious for Mason to awake, so that she wouldn't need this vile cretin anymore.

Helena was carefully laying Mason onto a bed, and after retrieving her jacket, she laid a towel across his junk and sighed when Ignis began to speak again, getting sick of this monster or whatever she was, "I can't get any clothes on him, not until I look at his injuries, whatever they may be, now leave me alone, you stupid fire monster!" She hissed, then growled, "I can't put clothes on him anyway! That would be kind of invading his privacy, which I don't want to do, now just- be quiet..." She mumbled a few choice words before getting to examine Mason. She felt extremely uncomfortable just staring at him, but she had to do it. She put her bag down and dug through it, pulling out several large rolls of bandages, bandage pins and- God forbid that Mason would need it- a needle and some thread if she had to stitch anything together. "Alright... Lets fix you up."

Slowly, she set to work. Mason had several pink scars over major arteries, which, if she even decided to try to fix them, would require extreme care. He had a nasty infection on his forearm, looked like a cut, and his feet were absolutely mutilated- bits of rocks dug deep into his flesh, marring the skin and leaving his feet caked with dry blood. "Oh, Mason... why did you ever wander off into the arctic?" Well, first things first. She begins by plucking the rocks from his feet with careful precision using a pair of tweezers, and once that was done, she smeared his feet with antibiotic ointment and wrapped them in bandages. When she looked at his arm, she began to worry, "This infections is nasty... It's too late to just smear it with antibiotic ointment, the infection is too advanced... I'll just have to give him a shot of nectar when he wakes up. Until then ... I'll just stitch that wound up."

When all of her medical work was said and done, she sat down on the floor, holding her head. She was slowly spiraling down to a crash, but she couldn't stop- she had to at least go out and buy Mason some clothes...

Well... That was a pathetic excuse for an answer. Award for most pathetic answer to a question goes to... What's-her-name! For some reason- and that reason was probably because Viola had so little happiness herself- the clear happiness on the other girl's face infuriated Viola. She faked a smile.

"Well, good for you." Viola said, sarcastically, "I'm so glad that your life is finally working out for you. Please, tell me more because I totally care about you and your life; I'm so intrigued in how you suddenly found happiness amongst the dark times we dwell in. Please, share the entire story." In a way, she was kind of curious as to why the girl no longer hated herself. She wanted to know if there was a way that people like her, (like them), could be happy.

"And I'll be needing your name." Viola said, "What is it? Something stupid I'll bet?"

Adriana had to discern whether or not Viola was seriously congratulating her, but it seemed that she wanted to know her story. "What happened with not wanting to talk to me?"she playfully teased,"Change of heart?" She opened her mouth but quickly closed it, hesitating. It was like a rehabilitated druggie was asked about their previous life, in fear that the asker's thoughts would turn negative. But Adri felt she could trust Viola rather than brushing the request away.

The demigod guessed that Viola would dislike her sitting beside her so she leaned over the table. "Well, my name's Adriana, but you can call me Adri,"she began. But once again, she hesitated. "Do you really wanna know?"she asked.

"No, I don't want to talk to you!" Viola snapped, "Go away! I hate you! I hope you die in a hole, Adriana! And your name is really dumb, I knew it would be!" She took out her pen and scribbled Adriana's name on her wrist. Then, she sighed, realising that she was making this more difficult then it had to be. She really was curious.

"... Yes, I wanna know. I'm allowed to be intrigued! Just because I'm a horrible person with an intent dislike for other beings doesn't mean I can't be interested!" Viola said, "Look, just tell me what happened and then shut up and we'll never speak of this ever again. Okay?"

Cupid saw Ryan's reaction to the healing then shifted his gaze back to Viola and Adri. Viola seemed to be a very blunt girl. It would be an entertaining challenge for Cupid to get Viola to be happy or fall in love with someone without using his love arrows. Ryan kept his same position. The throbbing of his pulse was becoming more loud. He could feel all the movements around him. His eyes remained shut due to the wave of pain that went throughout his body again, "...ugh". The demigod clenched his teeth.

"Dammit Damian if you keep cursing at Zeus like that we're gonna die." Anthony said before looking forwards to hit a railing and plummet off the cliff it was protecting. "Oh shi...." Anthony's sor was cut off quiet quickly and Damian's cursing followed him straight into the waves. Anthony watched as Damian thrashed and clawed at the door and his seatbelt. Anthony passed out and Damian started to drown slowly and painfully. Water began filling his lungs and rushed around Anthony as a woman appeared in the back seat of the car. "Don't ever claim I don't love you again boy."

Anthony felt sand on his right cheek and heard a girl asking why he was there. "What the hell happened? Where am I?" He asked but before he could move he felt a violent jab at his side. "Shut up boy before I cut you up and let the golem eat you!" A girl said and Anthony noticed the reason he was in sand was because it was a cage filled with sand golems. "Men." Anthony wouldn't have listened to generalized comments like that unless they were playful. Anthony stood and drew his sword but calmed down when a familiar face started at him through the bars. "I thought that would wake you up. So Anthony, why are you in Nevada."

Being so close to Viola, Adriana jumped when the other demigod shouted at her. She fell back into her seat, eyebrows raised. Did she say something wrong or something offensive? She was at a loss to what made Viola so mad at her. Once again, she waited for the young demigod to finish, crossing her arms. "You're really sensitive, aren't you?"she commented, simply stating rather than accusing. She pursed her lips and looked off to the side. Ryan was surrounded by the rest of the group, appearing to be in a lot of pain - his eyes were squeezed shut and his jaw was clenched. What was going on?

"How do I know you're not gonna tell everybody about me?"she inquired, turning back towards Viola. But she then sighed, leaning back towards the girl. "Fine, whatever - I'll just tell you, "she began, speaking under her breath,"So I wasn't exactly planned - like everyone else here, obviously - but my dad wasn't very gung-ho on bringing a kid home to his wife and two other kids. He's this big shot CEO guy, so me being around didn't look good for that, either.

"My family was always weird around me and my dad did his best to not talk or play or whatever with me. I was just this stain on the perfect family picture." She looked down now, making circles on the table with her finger. "I was - used to be - this really outgoing kid, really free-spirited and didn't really understand right from wrong. Always was doing something wrong at school." She scoffed.

"But when I turned, like, 14, did everything begin to suck - that's when my powers came around. I started talking to myself and furniture in the house started to be found in the wrong spots. They thought the house was haunted. My brother was real interested in the "ghosts", so I decided to be a show-off. Long story short, I almost got him killed. My dad went ballistic and he finally told me how much he hated me." She shrugged,"I didn't know how much of a problem I was until then. I guess something clicked in my head: I really needed to change. Everyday was a headache after that, and he was pretty vocal afterwards whenever he talked to or about me, too. "

She sighed, a small smile forming on her face,"Regardless, that's all in the past now." Her smile grew into a grin,"He just came right out and said he loved me for the first time ever just minutes ago. That just can't come out of no where, right? He must really mean it." She looked up at Viola, her eyes wide and begging Viola to confirm this.

'Drip...Drip...Drip' Max watched as water dripped in from the ceiling. 'Drip... Drip...Drip' he closed his eye continuing to count the number of drips to pass the time. "37... 38... 38?" Max opened his eye and stared at the drop of water floating in front of him. He sat up wondering what was happening, and that's when his eyes drifted to the bars of his cell. He stared, completely astonished, as Sam stood at the bars twirling her hair. "The hell is going on?!" Max asked as he walked over to the bars. "A demonstration." She said as she touched Max's check gently. "A demonstration of what the scientists are capable of." Max looked back at the droplet floating in the air and realized what was happening. "How the hell can you stop time!?" Max shouted "And why am I able to move around freely?!" Sam laughed to herself "The boys powers that I infused into myself only work if I allow one person to be unaffected... And they will always be able to move freely when I do it." Max looked around at all the things froze in time as his brain took in all the information Sam was giving him. "Why Me?" She laughed again and closed her eyes. Max felt as if a dizzy spell had hit him as time suddenly began to flow freely again. He looked back a Sam with his only useable eye. She touched his cheek again before starting back down the cell hallway "So you can experience the little details of everything I do to hurt you."

Allie pushed Jason's hand away and stood up on her own. She gave her Ex an evil look and crossed her arms. "No, I don't." She said angrily. "The hell are you and This kid doing here? You finally accept your true sexuality?!" She said sarcastically to him. "And more importantly why are you in Greenland and why would you need to be ambushed?"

".... Is that a crack at me?" Alec said, looking around, "Cause last time I checked, I'm the only one that's gay, unless Max has suddenly embraced the gay and will finally let me love him." He said, almost bitterly, then looked Jason, "As much as I'd love to stick around and figure out who this is, Jason, we got a Max to rescue, remember?"

Jason rolled his eyes, "Wonderful to see you too, glad you're not dead contrary to popular belief. And that's not my boyfriend, he's a friend and fellow demigod. Turns out I'm the son of Poseidon, though I doubt you care after all you broke your promise without even a goodbye. You know classic f*** with Jason's head s***!" He sighed, "I'm glad you're okay at least, and as for why we're here, why the f*** would you care, don't you have some godly a** to kiss. Actually I don't want to know all I know is that we have to save Max, now if you'll excuse us." Jason formed his board under his feet rising gently, Jason looked back to Alec. "Let's go get him."

"Yay!" He squeaked, pulling his dagger out of it's sheath in a less then intimidating way and charging off in no direction in particular, then back tracked and looked at Jason, jogging in place, "Where are we goooooingggg?" He asked, not entirely sure where to go after this point. He only saw Max being kidnapped and tortured. Not where he was, which admittedly would be helpful.

Viola took that in for a few moments, drumming her fingers on the table top. After a few moments had passed, she said:

"14 is a pretty bad age, huh?" And she chuckled darkly to herself.

"Thank you for amusing me with your story." Viola said, "It's nice to know that you no longer have daddy issues. I mean, I'm sure the story would've been more touching if I actually gave a damn about your life. But whatever." She shrugged, standing up, "I'm moving tables. Away from you, you happy little freak." Well, that story was more pointless then she thought it'd be. And it didn't help Viola in the slightest. Not that she needed help. She didn't need help! She moved to the table opposite and sat down, crossing her arms. She sighed and rested her head ontop of her arms, aware that she was probably contracting fifty million germs right now. Great, just great. She was going to catch something from the table and die.

Vanessa brought her hands back down to her sides. "Ryan, I'm...I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." The centauress felt guilty for causing her friend such grief, if only briefly. "I'll just go wait...not here." She was embarrassed at this point. "Well, I shoulda known not to try anything like healing." She rolled her eyes and dove into a burger. "Whatever. You were great, Vanessa. Ryan, in my eyes, is overreacting. After all, I've seen you heal your own broken thumb." "Yeah, but thumbs and eyes are different. I kinda cheated, anyway. I used way too much ambrosia." Vanessa remembered a strange feeling that got from that. "Whatever. I think it helped."
