Oh, no, this is where you post any ideas and "Interest Checks" and that sort of thing. You go to ROLEPLAYS and then you scroll down a bit until you see "CREATE ROLEPLAY" And you can figure it out from there.

Alright, on the IC page, edit your post to include some rules, it doesn't matter what they are but you need some rules.
I'd suggest tidying up the SU page, you should have a skeleton of what the sign up sheet will look like with no info so people can copy and paste it, it saves time for signing up.
Also, I'd also suggest that the info for your character shouldn't be in bold, it helps to read it better.

Talents: Drumming, making jokes, writing music.
Random Info: Major Insomniac, doesn't eat much.
Reason for wanting to be famous: To do what his father couldn't.
Backstory: Don is the awkward kid who makes everyone laugh but no one wants to talk to him because he is so... different. Not that he really cared, honestly, because the only things that mattered to him was music and his drumsticks given to him by his now late father.
