Summary & Overview [Fight or Flight]

Welcome!


This forum will be updated every time a major event happens or a certain amount of pages passes pending on whats gone on. I do read every post that is made on the RP and most of what's put on the OoC and its a lot to keep track of so sorry if I forget details. I will not be posted every single detail such as relationship developments and whatnot but rather details important to the RP. So things like major fights happening, school events, etc. I will include a section of interactions as to where everyone is at the time of this posting so those who want to jump in or need an idea as to where people are.


Plot thus far...

Students are arriving for the first day of school at Winford and have started socializing. All students are to report to the courtyard for orientation and welcome speech.

Day one proceeded with relative calmness until one student slipped and fell into the pool earning a slight concussion. He was saved my Kiara gaining her unwanted attention and starting possible rumors of being a hero in the making. Another flurry of events took place shortly after as Jacob fell/ jumped off of the dorm building roof, fortunately he didn’t die but his mental state is in question.


Character interactions have been reset. All students are to start in their dorms and go about their morning routines.

Pages 25-34

Students have started the first day of classes. An old friend of the Iren's has shown up possibly possibly bringing trouble along with him.


All students are to report to Professor Van Middlesworth for Academic Class Orientation

Pages 35-50

Main Thread


Students who arrived at Van Middlesworth class were faced with the challenge of getting into a desk, which was bolted to the roof. Some passed through creative thinking, some used a more direct approached while other just sat back and did nothing. Once Van Middlesworth saw all he needed the class moved to the Gym where students were to demonstrate their powers. Most of the student put on a good show, some to an exhausting degree. Unfortunately the demonstrations were interrupted by the plot a group of five rogue metas who were after Stephan but also decided to make a game of killing off students. Those who were in the dorms were forced to retreat to a protective bunker under the school.


Plot Related Development


Stephan came to visit Winford bringing the news that there was more rogue activity. Not only that but the metas were just getting stronger. He also mentioned several graduate students wanted to return to the school for a visit. Not much more could be discuses before the rogue group attacked and started causing wise spread havoc.


Event Thread


Students trapped in the gym were attacked by a weather controlling Meta then forced to fight for their lives against an army of clones created by Tox, a meta who can multiply himself. Two students were killed by Morph, another rouge meta, however quickly met his end to the chain whip of the masochist fighter Alice.

Tension Rising


Pages 1-20

A new day has begun and the school is in a somber state due to the attack the day before. Students are anxious and confused as to what happened. An announcement was made by Iren Winford warning that things were not necessarily going to get better. Rogue metas were appearing more and more causing destruction indiscriminately. In light of this the curriculum was going to change. Less focus will be made on academics and more would be placed on the development of abilities and powers in order for the kids to be able to protect themselves.


Students were given the option to leave the academy if they wanted. Meanwhile graduate students are starting to return to the school in order to help train new students and protect the school.

Tension Rising


Pages 20-64

More graduate student have arrived at the school in order to help defend and train the students at Winford. Training has started for all of the students starting with an assessment of their powers and ability to think on their feet. Everyone did well overall when it came time to showing what they could do with their powers. However when it came time for everyone to show their combat ability in the Grid not very many people fared too well.


With the whole class thoroughly exhausted and sufficiently paint splattered they are released to rest and recover for the rest of the day. Lunch is being served, it has started to rain and all is, for the most part, calm.

Pages 65-100

Classes continued at a much easier pace, as students were made to go through an obstacle course, then try to catch the elusive graduates Mica and Nikolas. The school as made it through its first week of classes successfully. (Other then that its been a lot of character interactions) Training halls have been created for students to train instead of the gym, which is still being renovated. A tense peace has over taken the campus as most of the staff know something is wrong. More pressure is being put towards training in order to help teach and train the students.
