Fanfic Kitty
Ichigo, Mint, Lettuce, Pudding and Zakuro have all grown and lead their own lives. However, things are going out of whack once again, Chimera-animals have been appearing again. New mews must rise against a new threat of Cynaclons. What are they planning?


All standard RPnation rules apply!


I believe in romance. What can I say, a shipper is gonna ship. But I only require that you keep things decent. If anything happens, fade to black.


Put the scientific name of your animal in the character sheet to show you read the rules.

It all changed on that one day. The day the new mews were chosen. The day started out so simple. Preparations from mystery men in a simple pink cafe in the park went on smoothly. They were ready. All they needed was the mews...


Ishamori woke in her massive bedroom, her eyes adjusting rather quickly to the dim light in the room. She stayed in be for a long time before finally getting up and getting dressed out of her bluebird pajamas and into her ordinary, simple clothing and making her way out into the hallway. The many maids all bowed to her, with a greeting. She ignored all of them, and made her way through the halls, and soon she found the kitchen, and sat down for breakfast. Of course it wouldn't start without her brother, and God forbid she eat without her non-existant family.
 
Aki woke up, rubbing her eyes. The sun was shining though her window as she got up. She stretched, sliding into the splits. She smiled and did her flexibility stretches. Afterwards she sighed, her hair flopping forwards. She had to look for a new job today. One that could help her eat for the next few months. She sighed and got up, walking downstairs to her breakfast, a piece of toast with butter and some milk. She ate quickly, finishing up her small meal before changing into a simple t-shirt and some jeans.
 
Nichole yawned waking up and rubbed her eyes sleepily. She stretched and smiled a puppy and a kitten at her side. "Morning kiyo, sasha." Nichole said smiling. They barked and meowed licking her face. "Lets do a quick session of morning yoga shall we?" She said getting up. They did some yoga. Then Nichole went to get ready for the day. She finished her shower and dried her long black hair. "Hmmm...pig tails today!" Nichole styled head hair and put her glasses back on. Then pulled on some shorts and a white tee with mew on it and her flats. "Lets go eat breakfast! Then its off to the shelter!" Nichole said and ate with her older brother and aki. Then fed the pets and said"cya later guys!"She grabbed her phone and bag running out to the animal shelter.
 
Hatashi found no greater joy then to sit in the park. When she sat among the trees, listening to the birds and the cicadas, and it brought a smile to her perky face. She loved the park, far better then her own home. At home her parents were at constant war with each other. It made her sad. Made her want to go to the park. So off she went. She ffound herself running into an upperclassmen friend, Nichole.


"Nichole! Hi! Nichole, hi!" She said, waving frantically at the dark haired girl.

Nichole stopped and said"hi hatashi-chan!" Smiling and hugged her. "Where are you off to today?" Giggling. Nichole dusted her off and said"sorry for running into you. I wasnt paying attention. Sorry!"Bowing repeatedly. she stood and looked at the time. "Oh I gotta get o the shelter. I'll come find you! I just need to help the animals out! Promise!"
 
Aki walked to the park, her hoop in hand. For now, she would just preform there till she found a solid job. Setting up her stuff, which really just was a small hat for change, some juggling balls and a set of hoops. She smiled and prepared herself. She started twirling the hoops around her arms and in various places as a small crowd grew.
 
"I was going to the park! Don't you have to go through the park to the shelter anyway? It's the quickest way there, and it's pretty this time of year! Come ooooon, Nichole! Pleeeeeease?" She begged, giving her a pouty face, looking up at her.

Nichole smiled and said"ok hatashi-chan."tilting her head her pig tails following her movement. She then walked with her friend through the park.Nichole smiled and looked at the flowers. They were all in bloom and had wonder fragrances. Nichole took a deep breath and closed her eyes smiling. A kitten ran over to her and meowed. Nichole smiled crouching and petted it. "Hi little one. How are you?" Her voice as soft as ever.
 
Aki did a high kick, the hoop still around her thigh as she spun them around. She then picked up the juggled balls and started juggling them high in the air, the hoops still spinning. She smiled as a few dollars were tossed into the hat as she spun the hoops around. She then took up juggling 4 balls at once, while spinning the hoops. At this point, she had a good crowd.
 
"Truly sad." An unknown voice said from above Nichole and Hatashi. A woman was floating above them, with large pointed ears, in one hand a traditional Japanese fan, and the other had an odd jellyfish looking object... Except it was moving. Was that thing living.


"Look at you vile humans have done to this beautiful planet. Ugh. It disgusts me." The woman said, crossing her arms and legs, though she remained floating. Hatashi looked up at the woman, confused.

Nichole looked up at the woman confused. She held the kitten close as he hissed at the woman. "W-who are you? How are you floating. And is that a jellyfish?" Nichole said her eyes wide. That poor jellyfish! It needed to get in water fast! Nichole bit her lip. She had to figure out how to free that poor jellyfish.
 
(Nichole; focusing on weird things since page one.)


The woman laughed, and she leaned forward, the fan snapping shut. "Who I am is none of your concern. I would be more concerned for yourself. Haha!" She laughed, then threw the jellyfish/squid thing at the kitten. The two things merged together , the kitten growing exponentially larger, and fiercer by the moment. Soon it spilled from Nichole's arms and hissed, spines jutting from it's back, it's fangs growing larger and claws sharper, until it towered over the trees. It let out a roar and swiped at Nichole, but Hatashi was too fast for it- She pushed Nichole out of the way, only to receive the brunt of the attack herself and was sent flying away, knocked out.


The woman laughed more, "Now now, there's no need to get rough."

Nichole gasped her eyes wide. "Hatashi-chan!" She ran over to the girl and picked her up. Nichole looked up at the kitten...what was once the adorable kitten."What did you do to him?!" Her eyes narrowed and she started to get angry. How dare she hurt that poor kitten! She placed hatashi down under a tree gently. Then picked up tree branch and hopped into a tree and jumped out whacking the woman in the back of the head. (Like in all anime. You gotta have that one person who tries to avenge their friends. And yes yes she is)
 
Aki heard a commotion and saw the crowd scatter. She grabbed her hoops, looking at the large cat. She smiled. "If I remember right, cats like things to play with, so let's play." She said, grabbing her hoops and tossing one at it's head. She smiled as it hit the back of it's head lightly. "Hey Kitty! Come over and play!" She yelled, twirling the hoops.
 
Miori woke up, yawning. He then stretched and got dressed into his jeans and a long-sleeve t-shirt.


When he got out of his room, he greeted the maids and they greeted him. He then got into the kitchen and sat down.


"Morning," Miori greeted Isha.

"Why does it always take FOREVER for you to wake up?" She said, eyes narrowed at her twin, before rolling her eyes and digging into the various breakfast foods around her, not talking to anyone or anything. She wanted to get out of there quickly.


Meanwhile, the woman floated away from Nichole, whipped her fan open, and sliced the branch in half with it. Then watched as it fell to the ground. "Anymore brilliant ideas, human?" She sneered, then began to float upward," Well, have fun with my cat. Play nice now." And with that, she disappeared. The huge cat growled and raised a clawed paw, slicing a tree in half next to Aki, and roared.

Nichole landed on her feet and winced. "Darn."rubbing her ankle. Then ran over to pick hatashi up. She wondered how she could help this kitten and get him back to normal. Nichole then remembered. "Hey kitty do you want some yarn? Or some cat nip?" She asked holding up a ball of yarn. "I'll get you some tuna and milk if you're good!" Nichole said biting her lip hoping it'll work.
 
The huge beast roared and swiped at her, missing her by a few inches. And suddenly, a young man jumped from the trees and landed on it's head. He was a human, with blonde hair and eyes blue like the sky. "Hey!" He shouted, then threw something at Nichole and Aki. It turned out to golden pendants. "You may want to get going! This thing won't wait for you to transform!" And then he was gone again.

Nichole said"w-what?! I cant hurt an animal!how do we transform?!" Looking at the pendant. It was pretty. She wondered what it was for. Nichole gently put hatashi at s safe distance where she was safe. She shook like a leaf looking at the huge cat that could literally kill them any minute. Then looked at hatashi. She bit her lip and closed her eyes.
 
Aki looked at the guy. "We what?" She asked, jumping as the cat swiped at her. She looked at the pendant. "How the heck are we supposed to do that?!" She asked him as she dogged another attack. She was sure glad that she was in the circus. She looked over at the other girl and darted towards her and under the lumbering giant. "So, what are we supposed to do?" She asked, her only hoop left being an orange one.
 
"You just have to! Only you two can fight this monster! You two are gifted with the animal instinct, JUST TRY!" He shouted from the trees, and the next place he appeared, he was standing in a tree, with the limp body of Hatashi in his arms, before disappearing with her.

Nichole bit her lip and said"l-lets try." She closed her eyes and kissed the pendant. Light surrounded her and she grew cheetah ears and a tail. A light coating of lip gloss coated her lips and she got dark brown and light brown fingerless gloves. Brown shorts, two holsters on each hip holding a pistol. Both light brown and dark brown. Nichole opened her eyes and they were a lighter hazel. Her hair was down and her bang was braided. A cowgirl hat on her head. Nichole posed and grinned. "Ready to meet my two little friends kitty?" Nichole said winking. She blinked and looked at her outfit blushing darkly.
 
"Ah, ok!" Aki said, looking at the large cat. She took a looked at her pendant. She tapped it a couple of times before copping the girl next to her. She grew tiger tail and ears. She had orange fingerless gloves, some awesome pointed boots that came up to her knees, a skirt that had a different colors of orange in the three layers. She had a top that was sleeve less and orange and her hair was pulled back in a large pigtails that flowed down, and here eyes were a clear blue. She smiled. "I am all fired up and ready to roll!" She said, her hoop gaining a few gems and a ribbon around it.
 
The cat hissed and swiped at them again, with huge claws. The turned it's attention on Aki, bared it's fangs and growled. The sound was menacing, and it creeped towards her, like a cat stalking prey. It's huge eyes stared down at her with bloodlust shining in its eyes.
