Realistic or Modern Pack Of Northern Winds

Ash looked at Wayra in surprise when he licked her cheek, but nodded quietly, "Im just glad they didn't follow us..." She said softly

It still seemed like Ash was, for lack of a better word, deflated. But then again, she must have been exhausted from all that running and from the wounds she sustained. "Is there anything I can do? I know I'm no healer, but..." Wayra trailed off, feeling almost completely useless at the moment.

Ash shook her head, "I'm fine Wayra" She replied softly, her injured wing held loosely to her side as flames flickered from the sides of her mouth

"Ash stop talking, your weak." Dakota was absorbed in comforting his mate, but looked over to see the flames loosening from her mouth. "Good morning Wayra, I'm glad you joined us.".

Once out of sight Ash began to drag her back leg. It hurt even to limp. Her injured wing also drooped, dragging along the ground

Dakota watched as the Alpha left, then turned back to Luna. She seemed asleep with Moon, which gave Dakota time. He stood up and walked after Ash. He sighed as he saw her limping, half her body seemed to be dragging on the ground, "Dragging it won't heal it Ash.". He was already next to her, walking slowly as to keep to her pace.

Dakota looked down at her, concern crossing his face, but keeping his composure, "We don't need our Alpha limping around injuring their self further, come inside Ash.". He knew Luna would kill him if he didn't make sure Ash was okay.

Dakota looked forward, "Then what are you doing out here? You can't lead just trudging through the snow.".

"We have food, that doe will feed us for today." Dakota sighed, Ash was as stubborn as ever. This was why she doesn't have a mate yet, but it is also why she needs one so badly. D

Dakota was quiet, but didn't leave her side. Awaiting for her to either question him following her, or try to reason with him.

"Ash you aren't yourself, what's on your mind?" Dakota sat down, still ample and ready if she were to begin walking again.

Dakota looked down at her, feeling for her. He knew that feeling all too well, "There are males in the pack Ash, who has caught your eye?".

"Ever thought about spending a little more time with one of them?" Dakota was alone with the Alpha, and he dropped his stern act. "The point is your the Alpha, you deserve a mate.".
