Miranda sat herself down at the inn and ordered for a drink to go along with celebration of her victory against yet another group of bandits harassing the town. She had once again single and bare handedly defeated a marauding group of bandits based on a nearby ruin. It was the very same group of marauders she beat back the week before, with nothing but a bar stool as her weapon, recently she had decided to level the playing field and just resort to using her fists and feet to defeat them.

The town hailed her as a goddess, however she was simply looking for something to do as she waited for her employer to fetch her at the town. The knight she served under was still busy with whatever political intrigue that surrounded the governor of the region, at least that was how she viewed things. She did not have much of a care in the world about what goes on behind those castle walls, as long as her thirst for adventure was sated, it would be enough to last another day.

Despite her obvious skill with a bow, Miranda seems to favor the unorthodox fighting style of the ancient warrior monks. Relying on channeling their willpower into their body, therefore making it a formidable weapon. It is said that the Grandmasters of that order were able to generate shockwaves just by punching or kicking the air, how Miranda even learned of such an ancient and long forgotten order was a mystery in itself.

Ryssa stormed up the stairs to her room, she flung herself down on her bed and wrapped her tail around herself as her ears flattened against her head. She had just come out of a particularly irritating 'family meeting' as her mother called it. It was all about how she would never catch the eye of a man if she refused to wear dresses. She didn't care that there was a ball coming up where she would be able to find a 'nice young man' to marry one day. She refused to go to the ball, she refused to wear a dress and she absolutely refused to give up sword fighting.

She rolled over and looked out of the window, her family owned a very large piece of land outside of the city walls, though most people would say it is a bad idea not to have the protection of the city walls her family knew otherwise, the had enough soldiers to protect them plus invading armies usually went straight for the castle to seize power.

Alex woke up his back aching. 'Why did I decide to sleep on a tree last night?' He thought to himself. He sat up and stretched is arms over his head. "Well, I guess I go to the lake to get water." Alex said aloud. He made is way after getting his sword and propping it on his shoulder. "Better yet I'll go to the pub." He said before changing routes and heading towards the pub.

Alex had been traveling for a while and e could use some real food and real drinks. He entered the pub and sat in a random seat next to a random woman. Alex didn't pay much attention to the woman and just ordered some food and a beer. As soon as he got the food he started digging in right away.
